- Step ups on bench
- Run bases (lead-off to sprint)

Break
 
Defense – 30 minutes
 
Infield – 15 minutes – split team in half
- Circle toss drill
- Second base tag drill
- Ground ball drill (bat)
- Around the horn drill
 
Outfield – 15 minutes – split team in half
- Directional toss drill
- Position and curl hop drill
- Fly ball drill (bat)
- Ground ball drill (bat)
 
Bunting – 30 minutes
 
- Station drills
- Short distance whiffle golf ball
- Short distance whiffle baseball
- Short distance baseball
- Pitching distance baseball
- Bunt game
